By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- Website : the Padel2gether website, accessible via Padel2gether.nl.
- Customer : the natural person or legal entity who orders products from Padel2gether.nl.
- Products : all items that Padel2gether.nl offers on the Website, such as padel rackets, clothing, accessories and other padel-related items.
- Agreement : any agreement between Padel2gether.nl and the Customer, including these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement that is made via the Website. Deviations from these conditions are only possible if agreed in writing with Padel2gether.nl.
3. The Offer
- Product description : Padel2gether.nl strives to describe products clearly and truthfully. Any errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Padel2gether.nl.
- Prices : All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.
- Availability : If a product is no longer available, Padel2gether.nl reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the Customer will be informed and will receive the paid amount back.
4. Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the Customer places the order and receives a confirmation from Padel2gether.nl via e-mail. Padel2gether.nl has the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.
5. Payment
- Payment Methods : Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on the Website, including iDeal, credit card, and other online payment methods.
- Payment term : The Customer must pay the full purchase amount immediately upon placing the order.
- Security : Padel2gether.nl uses secure payment methods. The Customer is responsible for the correct use of the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery time : Padel2gether.nl strives to deliver orders within 2 working days. Deviating delivery times are clearly indicated on the Website.
- Shipping costs : Shipping costs are stated during the ordering process. For orders over 50 euros, shipping costs may be free.
- Delivery address : Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Padel2gether.nl is not responsible for errors resulting from the Customer providing an incorrect address.
7. Right of withdrawal and return policy
- Right of withdrawal : The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
- Return procedure : To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact info@padel2gether.nl The product must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- Return costs : The costs for return shipment are at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund : Padel2gether.nl will refund the purchase amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.
8. Complaints and Warranty
- Complaints : Complaints about a product or the service provided can be submitted via info@padel2gether.nl . Padel2gether.nl aims to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
- Warranty : Certain products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and conditions are stated per product. This warranty expires if the Customer attempts to repair the product themselves or if the product is damaged through improper use.
9. Liability
Padel2gether.nl is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or the products, unless such damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Padel2gether.nl.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Padel2gether.nl processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement, which is available on the Website. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to this processing of his/her personal data.
11. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, Padel2gether.nl is not bound to its obligations towards the Customer. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance that cannot be attributed to Padel2gether.nl and that temporarily or permanently prevents the execution of the agreement.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements and legal relationships between Padel2gether.nl and the Customer are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district in which Padel2gether.nl is established.
These general terms and conditions can be amended at any time by Padel2gether.nl.
