Is your item not to your liking? No problem! We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an order. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you have the option to exchange an item. However, this is only possible in our physical store at Hovenierstraat 100 in Naaldwijk. Please note: We are only open by appointment! If you are unable to come to our store, you can return the item and reorder the desired item. As soon as we have received your return, we will ensure that the amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.
How do I return (part of) my order?
The return process is as follows:
1. Register your return: Complete the return form below to register your return.
2. Pack your order: Make sure you pack the items well in the original packaging. This is important to ensure that the products arrive to us in good condition.
3. Send your package: Drop off your package at a PostNL or DHL point. You also have the option to create a shipping label online. This makes it easier, because you only have to drop off the package. Send your return to the following address:

4. Keep your proof of postage: Upon delivery, you will receive a proof of postage. Keep this safe, as it may be needed as proof of postage.
How should I package my return shipment?
We will only accept returned items that meet the following conditions:
· They must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
· The items must be undamaged and unused.
· Please ensure the package has sufficient postage for shipping.
· All accompanying accessories and gifts must be included.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After receiving this confirmation email, it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded to your account. We will do our best to arrange this as soon as possible!
I paid for my order with a gift card, what now?
If you paid for your order partially or fully with a gift card, we would like to inform you that the amount you get back will be refunded to your account. The amount redeemed with the gift card will be reactivated on the original voucher, so you can use it for a future purchase.
